1. That the owners, Russell Parker and wife, Irene Parker, of
that certain tract of land desig-nat,ed as "GAARIEL H71GHTS ADDITION"
to the City of Georgetown, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for
record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas,
the Map or Plat of said tract attached hereto, and the said County Clerk
of 'iiilliamson County, Texas, the h.ap or Plat of said tract attached here-
to and the said County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby
authorized to accept for filing and to record said Yap of said Tract of
Land.
2. In authorizinf the filing and recording of said '.0ap of said tract
of land, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does not assume

any obligation to grade, improve or maintain the streets shown thereon.
