Vie, Russell Parker and wife, Irene Parker, of the County of
1,41liamson and State of Texas, being the owners of the tract of land
described in the foregoing certificate of Sidney Perrin, RPE;istered
Public Surveyor, and the map of plat thereof accompanying the same.
do hereby adopt the said map and plat thereof under the name of Gabriel
Heights Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas, said addition being
described by metes and bounds as follows$
Being a part of the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497 in Williamson
County, Texas, and beinm part of the Irene ailliams Parker, et vir,
Russell Parker tract, described in Vol. 410, Page 25 of the Deed Records
of 14illiamson Count-!, Texas, and in Vol. 410, Page 375 of the Deed Records
of 'i+illiamson County, Texas; and being more particularly described as
follows$
Beginning at a point in the east right of way line of Ranch Road
No. 2338, said point also being the southwest corner of the C.1. Champlin
tract of land described in Vol. 44P, Page 497 and in Vol. 446, Page 4 of the
Deed Records of yiilliamson County , Texas. This poing stands N. 5620+ E,
82.2 feet and N 330 40' W. 29.0 feet from the s8utheast corner of the
Crestview Iddition j and this point stands S 33 40' E, 170 feet from the
Southwest corner of the Y+illiams Addition; also this point stands S 520
37' E, 1744.4 varas (4845.5 feet) ' dind '•S 330 40 E, tp i?o feet from the
northwest corner of the N. Porter Survey;
THENCE S 330 40' E, 210 feet along the east right of way line of
Ranch Road No. 2338 to a point , said point being the northwest corner
of the Don Parker tract, which is described in Vol.428, Page 682 of the
Deed Records of Williamson Countir, THxH.s;
TH'TINCE along the north property line of the Don Parker tract N 560
20 ' E. 320 feet to a point, said point being N 560 20' E.30 feet from
the northeast corner of the aforementioned Parker tracts
THENCE S 330 40' E, 120 feet to a point, said point being N 560
20' E. 30 feet from the southeast corner of the Don Parker tract;
THM CE S 560 20' 01, 320 feet to a point , said point being the
southwest corner of the Don Parker tract, and lying in the east right
of way line of Ranch Road No. 2338•
THENCE along the east right of way line of Ranch Road No. 2338 S 330
40' E, 225 feet to a point, said point being the northwest dorner of
the Georgetown Congregation of Jehaovah's Witnesses' tract of land, which
is described in Vol. 424, Page 565 of the heed Records of Williamson
County, Texas;
TEENCE N 560 20' E, 120 feet aling the north property line of the
aforementioned tryt of Jehovah's iJitnesses to the northeast corner thereof;
THENCE S 33 40' E. 120 feet along the east property line of the
,jehove.h's Witnesses tract to the southeast corner thereof;
THENCE S 560 20' W, 120 feet along the south property line of the
tract of Jehovah's i`tiit nesses to a point, said point beim; the 'southwest
corner tof the tract off' Jehovah's Witnesses and also lying in the east right
of way line of Ranch Road No. 2338.
THENCE S 330 40' E, 50 feet to a point, said point being the lower
northwest corner of the tract of land belonging to the Georgetown Inde-
pendent School District which is described in Vol. 463, Page 631 of the
Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE N 560 20' E, 370 feet to an all corner of the above men-
tioned school tract of land;
THENCE N 330 40' W. 395 feet to a point, said point being the
upper northwest corner of the school tract of land;
THENCE N 560 20' E, 510 feet to a point, said point being the
northeast corner 6E the aforementioned school tract of land;
