THENCE S 85 deg. 25' E 15 feet to an iron pin for the N E corner of this tract.
THENCE South, at 58.8 feet cross the South line of Lot 15, in all 88.8 feet to
an iron pin in the center of the Wbst lbth Street, abandoned, for the S E corner of
this tract;
THENCE Vest 15 feet to an iron pin for the S 14 corner of this tract;
THENCE North, at 30 feet pass the S W corner of Lot 15, in all 90 feet to the
point of beginning*
said deed to be executed and delivered upon receipt of the consideration of Ten
and No/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and the aforesaid Deed of Confirmation.

AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
An amendment to the ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the
Zoning Ordinance wkich went into effect on September 21, 1961, amending the Zoning
District Map and making this amendrient a part of the map of the original ordinance;
to change the hereinafter described real estate in said City from "R-1", one Family
Dwelling District to "B-1", Local Retail District, as hereinafter set forth.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of
changing the Zoning Ordinance on the following described real estate:
All that certain tract of land situated in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County,
Texas, being a part of Block No. One of the Snyder Addition to said City, more par-
ticularly described as foliows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Block No. 1, Snyder addition to said City of
Georgetown; Thence South with the East line of Walnut St. 130 feet; THENCE East and
parallel with 12th Street, 120 feet; THENCE North and parallel with the East line of
Walnut Street, 130 feet; TIiENCE West with the South line of 12 h Street, 120 feet to
the Place of Beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed change in the Zoning
Ordinance to the City Planning Commission for its recommendation and report; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has aproved the changing of said Zoning
Ordinance on the above described property from "R-1", Local Retail District, which
said meeting was held on August 31, 1964; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council before adopting this amendment to the Zonign Ordinance
gave notice of such hearing by publishing the saute three times in the Williamson
County Sun, a wwekly newspaper in the City of Georgetown, Texas, which said notice
stated the time and place of such hearing and which time was not earlier than 15
days from the first day of publication; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission approved the change aforesaid in the
Zonign Ordinance; and no protest was entered against the proposed change; and,
