ANNEXATION OR CITY LIMITS EXTENSION PETITION
TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of land, which is
vacant and without residence or on which less than three (3) qualified voters
reside, hereby petition your Honorable Body to extend the present City Limits so
as to include as a part of the City of Georgetown, Texas, the following described
territory, to wit:
Beginning at a concrete monument marking the intersection of the West right
of way line of U. S. Interstate Highway No. 35 with the North right-of-way lone
of Texas Ranch to Market Road No. 2243, from this concrete monument to the south-
west corner of the before mentioned C. Stubblefield Survey, as marked onthe ground
by a fence corner, is located S 45deg. 02' 13" W 4397.27 feet;
THENCE N 68 deg. 45' 41" E along said north right-of-way line of Texas Ranch
to Market Road No. 2243 for a distance of 803.34 feet to a concrete monument marking
the east right-of-way line of said U. S. Highway No. 35;
THENCE N 68 deg 40; 35" E continue along said line of Ranch to Market Road No.
2243 for a distance of 926.29 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE N 09 deg 55' 27" E along a fence line for a distance of 347.79 feet to
a fence corner;
THENCE N 88 deg 29; 45" E for a distance of 35.05 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE N 10 deg 06' E along a fence line for a distance of 763.21 feet to an
iron pipe for corner, this being the most easterly corner of the tract of land
described in siad Volume 462, Page 385 „ of the Deed Records of Williamson County,
Texas;
THENCE S 88ndeg 20' 28" W for a distance of 753.02 feet to a fence corner this
being acommon corner with the wouthwest corner of Carver Park;
THENCE N 22 deg 27' 38" W along the fence line common with said Carver Park for
a distance of 806.37 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE N 38 deg 55' 38" W for a distance of 28.45 feet to a fence corner',
THENCE N 55 deg 34' 45" W for a distance of 159.18 feet to fence corner;
THENCE S 46 deg 19' 26" W for a distance of 34.29 feet to an elm tree 8 inches
in diameter for corner;
THENCE S 27 deg 30' 18" W for a distance of 31.25 feet to a fence corner on the
high bluff of the South Fork of the San Gabriel River;
TIIENCE N 76 deg 29' 35" W for a distance of 66.41 feet;
THENCE N 44 deg 45' 15" W for a distance of 143.5 feet to a rock marked in the
center of said River;
THENCE up the canter of the South Fork of the San Gabriel River with its meanders
as follows;

S 58 deg 01' 20" W 197.45 feet

N 69 deg 11' 42" W 465.5 feet to a rock marked in the center of said
River for corner, this being a common corner with the By Blair tract described in
Volume 10, Page 506, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;.
THENCE S 54 deg 42' 13" W for a distance of 391.97 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE S 25 deg 07' W for a distance of 132.85 feet to a fence corner',
THENCE S 55 deg 54' 30" W for a distance of 26.12 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE N 87 deg 37' 42" W for a distance of 780.59 feet;
THENCE N 83 deg 28' 42" W for a distance of 398.24 feet;.
THENCE S 10 deg 53' 18" W for a distance of 596.99 feet to the beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 2566.24 feet and a central angle of 9 deg 00';
THENCE in a southerly direction along said curve to the left forlan arc length
of 403.1 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE S 01 deg 57' 18 " W for a distance of 310.42 feet;
THENCE S 86 deg 38' 42" E for a distance of 696.5 feet;
THENCE N 84 deg 26' 44" E for a distance of 281.94 feet;
