vehicles approaching the intersection on one or more of the inter-
secting streets must bring such vehicle to a complete stop before
proceeding into such intersection.
(13) To determine and allocate unmetered parking time limits on
streets and portions of streets.
(14) To designate intersections, the crossing of which shall be
controlled by red, green and amber lights and arrows, and to deter-
mine the type of such lights or traffic-controll devices to be
installed at such intersection.
(15) To designate the routes which must be followed by commercial
vehicles in using the streets of the city; provided, that no such
vehicle shall be prohibited from using any street for the purpose
going directly to or from any residential, commercial or industrial
establishment abutting on such street for the purpose pf delivering or
picking up materials thereat.
(16) To make such ohanges as changing conditions may require in any
designation, determination or regulation he is herein authorized
to make. -
The Provisions of this Ordinance are severable so that any portion
hereof, which might be deemed to be void as a matter of law, shall not affect
the validity of any other portion hereof.
DULY APPROVED AND ENACTED this the 4th day of October, A.D. 1965, at the
regular meeting of the City of Georgetown Council at Georgetown, Texas.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
PROHIBITING PERSONS WITHIN SAID CITY FROM
LOITERING AND PROHIBITING SLEEPING IN STREETS,
ALLEYS, SIDE71ALKS, ETC.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits
of the City of Georgetown to be, at night time, in or about public or
private buildings -or premia es, where such person has no right or permission
to be, under suspicious circumstances, and without being able to give
a satisfactory account of the same.
No person shall, in the City of Georgetown, Texas, be asleep
in the night time in any street, alley, highway, square, sidewalk or
other public place, not belonging to him.
Any violation of this Ordinance shall be punishable by fine
not less than $1.00 nor more than $200.00
The provisions of this Ordinance are severable so that any
portion hereof, which might be deemed to be void as a matter of law,
shall not affect the validity of any other portion hereof.
