SAID 11MEINAFTI,at DESCRIBED PROPIRTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, AND GRANTING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL INHABITANTS, PIMS NT AND FUTURE, OF SAID PROPFRTY ALL THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF ALL OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SATD INHABITANTPS BY ALL THE ACTS AND ORDTNANCES OF SAID CITY AND CONTAINING BIERGENCY CLAUSE: WHERIAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknow- ledged by each and every person having an interest in the hereinafter describ- ed property and territory; and, WHERIUS, said tract of land is contiguous and adjacent to the City of Georgetown, Texas, and is not more than one-half mile in width; and, WHEILLAS, said petition was presented to the City Council on the day of October, 1965, such date being not less than five nor more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, WII1:1tMS, after hearing such petition and arguments for and against same the City Council has voted to grant such petition and to annex said territory to the City of Georgetown, Texas: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that the following described property, to -wit: Parcel No. 1: BEGINNING at a point in the east right of way of Interstate highway 35, opposite Survey Station 759+00; and, VI:NCI: N 26*44.6' E, along said east right of way line, a distance of 1650 feet; and, THENCE S 88*11' E, a distance of 127 feet to a point in the east right of way of the county road; and, TIII-ICE N 1*49' E, a distance of 9 feet to the P.T. of a curve; and, THENCE northeasterly along the east right of way of Interstate high- way 35, being on a curve having a radius of 925.4 feet, a distance of 460 feet to the P. C.; and, THENCE N 26*45' L, along east right of way, a distance of 340 feet; and TIU NCE N 63*15' W on a line that passes through Interstate Highway 35, Survey Station 734+00 for a distance of 345 feet to a point in the west right of way of Interstate highway 35; and, THIME (Qf*48.7' lti, along said west right of way a distance of 289.1 feet; and, THINCE S 86*29.9' W, along said west right of way for a distance of 91.8 feet to a point being in the east right of way of a county road; and, THENICE S 59* 11' W, a distance of 40 feet to a point being in the west right of way of a county road; and, THENCE S 30*49' E, along; said county road right of way, a distance of 40 feet to the intersection of the west right of way of Interstate Highway 35; and, THEME S 02*02.2' E, along said west right of way of Interstate Highway 35, a distance of 175.3 feet; and, TIII:NCE S 26*44.6' W, along said west right of way, a distance of 1554.2
