ELECTION ORDER The STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON CITY OF GEORGETOWN On this the let day of February, 1966, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, was convened in Special session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall with the following members present, to wit: R. S. Elliott, Mayor J. C.tSloan, Aldermen A. W. Hoty, Jr., • Doyle E. Lyda, " Hubert H. Brock, " E. L. Evans, " Claud Eads, City Secretary, and the follwoing absent: None, constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceedings were had: Alderman Brock introduced an order and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Alderman Evans. The motion, earring with it the adoption of the order, prevailded by the following vote: Ayes: Aldermen Sloan, Hoyt, Lyda, Brock and Evans. Noes: None. The ORDElt is as follows: OILDEI1 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, CALLING AN ELECTION FOIL THE AUTHORIZATION OF BONDS OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN IN THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS AND FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: (1) $ 50,000.00 REVBNUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMTNTS TO THE CITY'S WATERWORDS SYSTEM; (2) $ 150,000.00 REVENUE BONDS FOR TIIE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO "IE CITY'S SEWER SYSTEM, and (3) $ 200,000.00 REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROV&1TNTS TO THE CITY'S ELECTRIC LIGHT SYSTEM. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas deems it advisable and necessary to issue the bonds of the City of Georgetown in the amounts and for the purposes hereinafter stated; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
