Sloan, Mayor ATTEST: Claud Fads, City Secretary n ORDINANCE AMENDMENT d+ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ORDAINED JULY 8, 1993 ESTABLISHING A SCIIFDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS FOR LOCAL EXCHANGE TELEPHONE SIMVICE V Be it ordained by the City. of Georgetown that Ordinance ordained July 8, 1993 establishing a schedule of rates and charges within the corporate limits of said city for local exchange telephone service be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows: That the Southwestern States Telephone Company is hereby authorized to discontinue, as a new service offering, residence four -party service and business two-party service. The offering of and rate for residence four - party and business two-party service will apply to existing services only. Passed and approved this 9th day of May, 1966, A.D. Jay C. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TFXAS: 1. The City Council makes the following findings a fact: A. That all of those portions of the streets which lie in Burnham Addition to the City of Georgetown Williamson County, Texas and which are described hereinafter by metes and bounds have never been used as streets; B.
