The City further agrees to cooperate with the Agency in all reasonable respects to such extent as may be necessary and required in order to biiag the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project TEX It -102 to final and successful completion. The City agrees to make all zoning changes required by the Urban Renewal Plan. IN WITNESS WIiEREOF, the City and the Agency have caused these presents to be executed by the Mayor and the Chairman, respectively, and has caused the signature of such officers to be attested and the seal of such respective public bodies to be affixed on the date hereinabove first provided. Itehler, Chairman fn -aid Credit and to develop said three parcels into City Parks in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan. The City agrees to sell Parcels No. 28-5, 30-7, 35-8, 35-9 to the Urban Renewal Agency at their fair market value as evidenced by two acceptable appraisals or in lieu thereof, consent to their condemnation. The City agrees to vacate streets, alleys and other public rights-of"way and to accept dedication of streets, alleys and other public rights-of-way in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan. The City agrees to enforce by proper action the provisions of all municipal codes and ordinances relating to the health, welfare, safety, good living con- ditions, and the prevention of slum blighted areas in the City of Georgetown, and particularly in the attached described Urban Renewal Area and to continue such enforcement in the interest of the continuing success of the Project. The City of Georgetown, Texas, recognizes that Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the regulations and policies of the Department of Housing d� and Urban Development effectuating the Title prohibit discrimination on the ground of race, color, or national origin in the policies and practices of any public facility, or educational institution responsible for proposed credit to the locality's share of the cost of an urban renewal project receiving financial assistance from the United States.
