SECTION 5. It shall be unlawful for any person to inhale any glue
or cement containing one or more of the solvents named in Section 1
hereof with the intent of obtaining intoxicating or narcotic effect
thereby.
SECTION ¢. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed
$200.00.
SECTION 7. The provisions of this Ordinance are severable so that
any portion hereof found to be void shall not effect the validity of any
other portion hereof.
SECTION 8. IVIIU: EAS, an emergency is apparent for the immediate preser-
vation of order, good government and public safety that requires this
ordinance to become effective at once; therefore, upon the passage
of this ordin<ince by a vote of a majority of the members of the Council,
it shall be effective from and after the date of its passage.

LY KNOWIN AS EASY STREET TO IIIGIILAND DRIVE,
DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO TAKE APPROPRIATE
MEASURES TO AFF'ECTUATE THE CHANGE IN N,01E.
BE IT ORDAIiN'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGE:PMN,' TMkS
That the Street lying within the Corporate limits of the said City
which is located in the Highland Park Addition to said City and which has
been and is presently designated as "Easy Street" in said City of Georgetown,
said street running in an North and South direction and being the same
street which has been and is now known and designated by signs and otherwise
as "Easy Street" shall hereafter be known and designated by signs and other-
wise as "Highland 'rive" and
BE IT F'URTIILIL ORDAINED that the City Manager of the City of Georgetown
shall do all things necessary and expedient to affectuate the aforesaid
change in the name of Easy Street to Highland Drive.
DULY APPROVED AND ENACTED this 9th day of October, 1967, at the regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas.
