Wolf of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter called "Lessor", for and in consideration of the covenants hereinafter set forth does hereby lease, demise and let all that cdrtain tract and parcel of land Qj described on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all �purposes as if copied herein at length, unto the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, for a term of ten (10) years, said term commencing January 1, V 1968, and ending December 31, 1977. Said land shall be used by the City of Georgetown for the erection and maintenance of certain signs at the will of said City and for other reasonable uses. The City of Georgetown does hereby agree that at the termination of this lease that said property shall be clear- ed of such signs and any other fixtures which may be placed thereon by said City during the term hereof. The consideration for this lease shall be a sum of money equivalent to the ad valorem City of Georgetown taxes on that certain tract and parcel of land described by metes and bounds on "Exhibit 13" which said exhibit is hereby referred to by reference and incorporated herein as if the same were set forth herein at length. It is understood and agreed that should said ad valorem taxes on said property described in Exhibit B be raised or lowered during the term hereof then the rental due and owing to said Lessor shall likewise be raised or lowered and that at all times said rental shall remain exactly equal to the amount of ad valorem City of Georgetown taxes due and owing on said tract of land described in Exhibit B.
