shall be bound by the acts and ordinances of said city.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County Clerk of
Georgetown, Texas, a certified copy of this ordinance.
PASSED by an affirmative vote of all members of the City Council,
this 8th day of January, 1968.

LF1SE AGREEMENT
That the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter
called "Lessor", and J. W. Buchanan, J. C. Tidwell and Tom Petrosky, Trustees,
and their successors in office of Camp #37, Williamson County, Texas, Woodmen
of the World Life Insurance Society, hereinafter called "Lessee", have and
do hereby enter into the agreement of lease as follows:

For and in consideration of the promises, covenants and conditions
hereinafter set forth, Lessor does hereby lease, demise, and let unto Lessee
all that certain tract and parcel of land described as follows:
BEING 0.94 acres of the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497 in IVilliam-
son County, Texas, surveyed on the ground by=IV. F. Forest in January of
1968, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a power pole in the East line of the old Granger Road
(Collet a Street extended), S 41* 10' IV 518 feet from the SIV corner of
a tract conveyed by the City of Georgetown To Don Scarbrough and upon
which is erected the KGTN transmitter. This point also stands S 13*
20' IV 202 feet from the S corner of the City's brick pumping station
house on the bank of the San Gabriel !fiver;

TIIL'NCE S 55* 15' Iti 391 feet with a fence to a fence corner post. in
the East line of the Old Granger Road;
