terms and Lessor shall have thirty (30) days within which time to notify
Lessee of its intention to purchase said building under the same terms and
conditions. After the lapse of the said thirty day period of time Lessee
shall be free to sell the building to anyone it so desires.

It is understood and agreed that the property hereby leased is a part of
the property held by the City for potential park purposes and in the event the
San Gabriel Park Expansion Program extends to take in this property the Lessor
may terminate this lease by giving Lessee thirty (30) days notice. however,
Lessee shall have a reasonable time to remove any and all buildings and
structures from the premises.

It is further agreed that Lessee shall take good care of the property
and shall, at Lessee's own expense and cost, keep said premises in good
repair.

V Lessee further agrees not to assign this agreement or underlet the prop—
erty on any basis whatsoever without the written consent_of Lessor.

1t`HIMEAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown has undertaken
a program of clearance, rehabilitation, and redevelopment of an area of
the City of Georgetown known as the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Agency
Project No. TFX R-102; and
WHEREAS, the proper improvement and redevelopment of said area requires
the construction of certain living units to accommodate persons displaced
by the activities of said Program; and
WITERFAS, it is to the benefit of all the citizens of the City of Georgetown
that this area be so improved and redeveloped; and
whereas, such progrnm has been adopted and approved by a vote of the
citizens of the City of Georgetown as required by the Statutes of the
State of Texas providing for such programs; and
