HomeMy WebLinkAbout0130_123123 APPLICATION AND PETITION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND MAP TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, GEORGETOWN, TEXAS Comes now Tom Sexton, owner of the tract of land described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, hereinafter called Petitioner, and files and makes this his request to the City Council and the City Planning and Zoning Commission that the Zoning on said property be changed from its present zoning status of "Residential" (single family district) to "Industrial" (Industrial District) and that all procedures provided for in the applicable ordinances of said City be instituted to effec- tuate such change. Porter Survey, Abst. #497 in WilliamQon County, Texas, part of a tract of 20.81 acres described in a deed from Jay Wolf to Tom Sexton of record in Vol. 465., page 169, Deed Rec- ords of Williamson County, Texas. Survey on the ground by W.F. Forest in May, 1968. BEGINNING at an iron pin set beside a large fence corner post at the MY corner of the 20.81 acres, in the East ROW line of Interstate Highway #35. THENCE N 28* 52' E 250 feet with said RAW line, to set an iron pin for the North corner of this .tract. THENCE S 61* 08' E 244 feet with the proposed South line of an extension of Royal Drive, to set an iron pin at the Beginning of an 8* 29' Curve to the right, which has a Central Angle of 16* 331. THENCE 191.4 feet around the curve, two chords of; S 57 E 95.5 feet and S 48* 42' E 95.5 feet to set an iron pin at the end of the curve. THENCE S 44* 35' 69 feet to an iron pin at the NE corner of Lot 11, Block One, Royal Oaks Hills Estates Addition to Georgetown, Texas. THENCE S 63* 10' W 143.3 feet to an iron pin at the NW corner of Lot 11. THENCE N 26* 50' W 30 feet to an iron pin at an Ell corner of the 20.81 acres. THENCE S 65* 20' W 313.6 feet with a fence to an iron pin at a corner of the 20.81 acres. THENCE N 25 W 256 feet with an old fence to the Point of Beginning STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; I. W. F.
