RESOLUTIQN AUTHORIZING CITY SECRETARY TO EXECUTE DEEDS
I.O.O.F. TO CITY CUIETERY PROPERTY
Cemetery
Resolution WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has purchased certain Cemetery property
from the I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 179 in Georgetown; and,
WHEREAS, the said City of Georgetown will continue to operate said property
as a cemetery and in this connection it shall be necessary from time to time for
said City of Georgetown to execute deeds of conveyance covering parcels -of land;
and,

�++ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown after due consideration
Q considers it necessary and expedient to authorize the City Secretary of the City
of Georgetown to execute such deeds:
V THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the City Council of the City
of Georgetown does by this resolution duly authorize and empower the City Secretary
of the City of Georgetown to execute any and all deeds of conveyance conveying the
property purchased by said City of Georgetown from Lodge No. 179, I.O.O.F. of
Texas from time to time.

COUNTY, TEXAS, WHERE PARKING SIiALL
BE LIMITED TO TWO HOURS, PROVIDING
FOIL THE ENFORCUiENT OF SUCH ORDINANCE
AND MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO USE SUCH
ZONE FOR. CONTINUOUS PARKING IN EXCESS
OF TWO HOURS, PROVIDING FOIL FINE ZONES
AND LOADING ZUNIS, AND MAKING PFIiSONS
FOUND GUILTY OF A A!ISDIIiEANOII,CONTAINING
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISION AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the zones designated as two hour parking zones located within
the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, to be marked by appropriate signs
which shall be erected giving notice of such two hour limitation are as follows:
Main Street: That part of Main Street from the south curb line of
Sixth Street to the north curb line of Ninth Street all in Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas.
Austin Avenue: That part of Austin Avenue from the south -curb line
of Sixth Street to the north curb line of Ninth Street all in Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas.
Seventh Street: That part of Seventh Street from the east curb line of
Bock Street to the West curb line of Church Street all in Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas.
Eighth Street: That part of Eighth Street from the east curb line of
Rock Street to the west curb line of Church Street all in Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas.
Section 2. During the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday,
inclusive, but legal holidays excluded, it shall be unlawful for any person to
