of Georgetown, Texas, a certified copy of this ordinance.

ANNEXATION Oil CITY LIMITS EXTENSION PETITION
TO THE MAYOR AND GOVK-IiNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of land,
which is vacant and without residents, or on which less than three (3)
qualified voters reside, hereby petition your Honorable Body to
extend the present city limits so as to include as a part of the City
of Georgetown, Texas, the following described territory, to -wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated
in Williamson County, Texas, a part of the J. I';:. :.:.7cr Survey,
Abstract #498,.and being a part of the tract of 357 acre tract described
in a deed from Kate Nowlen,-et al, to J. T. Parker, of record in
Vol. 341, page 75, of the deed records of Williamson County, Texas,
and more fully described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the most western corner of "Country Club Acres,
Unit II', according to the official map of said addition of record
in Vol. , page , of the Map or Plat records of said County,
said beginning point being South 09*32' East 2546.0 feet (computed)
from the North or NE corner of said Pulsifer Survey;
THENCE South 33*54' East with the margin of Parkway Street 523.70
feet to a steel pin set at the intersection of same, with the Southeast
margin of Country Club Road and being the most Eastern corner of the
presises herein described, and also being the most Eastern corner of
"Country Club Acres, Unit III;
THENCE South 51*00' West with the NW margin of "Country Club
