BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
1. That the owners, J. T. Parker and wife, Addie V. Parker, of
that certain tract of land designated as Country Club acres, Unit III,
to the City of Georgetown, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for
record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas,
the Map or Plat of said tractattached hereto, and the said County Clerk of
Williamson County, Texas, is hereby authorized to accept for filing and to
record said Map of said Tract of land.

Re" tract of land, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does not

assume any obligation to grade, improve or maintain the streets shown
