BE IT RL'SOLVI) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, owner
of that certain tract of land deai;nated as "CARVER SCHOOL ADDITION" to the
City of Georgetown, Texas is hereby authorized to file for record in the
office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, the Map or Plat of said
tract attached hereto, and the said County Clerk of Williamson County is
hereby authorized to accept for filing and to record said Map of said Tract
of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of November, 1969.

The following resolution was introduced by fir. Eanes, who moved its
adoption:
Rl,'NOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF THE INTENT TO ENTER INTO
A COOPFR.�ITION AGItEENIRNT WITH THE IIOUSING AUT'IORITY OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
BE IT 1US OLVED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TIXAS, as follows:
1. The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to give notice
of the intention of the City of Georgetown, Texas, to enter into a Cooperation
Agreement with the housing Authority of the City of Georgetown, Texas by
publishing a copy of said notice in Williamson County Sun, which is the off-
icially designated newspaper for the publishing notices.
2. Notice shall be published twice on November 26, 1969, and on December3,
1969.
3. Said Notice shall state that at the expiration of sixty days from the
date of the first publication, the City shall consider the question of w4ether
or not it will enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority.
4. The City Secretary shall keep a cony of the Cooperation Agreement
proposed available for inspection by the public at the office of the City
Secretary during usual business hours.
5. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
adoption. Mr. Davis seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution as read and
upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: Aye: Eanes, Bold, Brock,
and Davis. Nay: None. Thereupon, the resloution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
The Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas, being present at the meeting,
was thereupon notified of the adoption of the foregoing resolutions.
