That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who
wwn taxable property in said City and who have duly rendered same for tax-
ation, voting at said election, voted for the issuance of general obligation
bonds of the purpose of constructing street improvements and the levying
of the tax in payment thereof; and:;
That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters
who own taxable property in said City and who have duly rendered same for
taxation, voting at said election, voted for the issuance of general
obligation bonds for the purpose of constructing extensions and improvements
to the City's sewer system and the levying of the tax in payment thereof, and
That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who
own taxable property in said City and who have duly rendered same for taxa-
tion voting at said election, voted.for the issuance of the general 6bligation
bonds for the purpose of constructing storm newer improvements and the
levying of the tax in payment thereof; and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said election,
voted for the issuance of the revenue bonds for the purpose of constructing
extensions and improvements to the City's waterworks system; and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said elect-
ion, voted for the issuance fof the revenue bonds for the purpose of con-
structing extensions and improvements to the City's sewer system;and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said elect-
ion voted for the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of
U constructing a Oublic building to be used as a Child Development Center and
the levying of the tax in payment thereof; and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said elect-
ion, voted for the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of
constructing extensions and improvements to the City's waterworks system
and the levying of the tax in payment thereof; and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said elect-
ion, voted for the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of
constructing street improvements and the levying of the tax in payment
thereof; and
Thay a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said election,
voted for the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of con-
structing extensions and improvements to the City's -sewer system and the
levying of the tax in payment thereof; and
That a majority of the resident qualified voters, voting at said
election, voted for the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose
of sonstructing storm sewer improvements and the levying of the tax in
payment thereof; and
That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters
who own taxable property in said City and who have duly rendered same for
taxation, voting at said dlection, voted for the issuance of general obli-
gation bonds for the purpose of constructing a public building to be used as
a police and fire station and the levying of the tax in payment thereof;
and
WHEREAS, it appearing from the returns, duly and lawfully made, that
there were cast, at the other election, where all other resident qualified
electors of the City voted, valid and legal votes as follows:
PROPOSITION NO. 1
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $285,000 REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S ELECTRIC
LIGHT SYSTEM 74 VOTES
AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF 8225,000 REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S ELECTRIC
LIGHT SYSTEM 8 VOTES
PROPOSITION NO. 2
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $35o,000 REVENUE BONDS FOR TILE PURPOSE OF CON-
STRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S WATERWORKS SYSTEM 74 VOTES
AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF $350,000 REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S WATERWORKS
SYSTEM 6 VOTES
