RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1970, the hoard of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas adopted Resolution No. 120, by'which
the Board accepted the bid of Mr. M. K. Parsons for the purchase of Lots No.
2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 in Block P, Carver Shcool Additinn to the City of George-
town, Texas, tracts of land situated in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal
Project No. Tex H 102 and more particularly described in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution Nol 120, as an official action of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas is a public record on file in
the office of said Agency at 702 Austin Avenue, and said Resolution is in..:
corporated herein by reference for all purposes; and,
WHEREAS, an executed copy of said Resolution was forwarded to the City
Council on the 6th day bf July, 1970, by the Executive Director of the Urban
Renewal Agency for approval of the price and conditions of the proposed axle
of said property; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price
and conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of said
Urban Renewal Agency Board as contained in said Resolution No. 120;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
Tuat the price and conditions set forth in the bid of Mr. If. K. Parsons for
the purchase of Lot* 2,3,4, 5 and 10 in Block P, Carver School Addition in the
South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project No. Tex 8-102 are hereby approved.

R1'SOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, has
obtained reuse appraisals from two qualified appraisers for eleven lots'
situated in South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project No. Tex R-102, and more
particularly described as "Carver School Addition" to the City of Georgetown,
plat of said addition in record of Volume 5, Pages 36 and 37 plat records of
Williamson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, based on these apprisals,minimum acceptable prices for these
lots were established by the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency
of the City of Georgetown, Texas in Resojution No. 112 dated March 3, 1970; and
W1I11EAS, an executed copy of said Resolution was forwarded to the City
Council on the 6th day of July, 1970 by the Executive Director of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown for approval of the minimum acceptable
prices of said lots; and,
WIHIU AS, by letter dated April 6, 1970, these prices were approved by the
Department of Housing and Urban Development;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
That the minimum acceptable prices for these eleven lots in Carver School
Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas as specified in Resolution No. 112
of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of
Georgetown are hereby approved.
