NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, TIiAT:
The City of Georgetown, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceed-
ings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the
property described on "Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all purposes.
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City
of Georgetown, Texas on the 7th day of December, 1970 at 7:30 P.M. o'clock in
the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and
place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all
said matters and things, all persons interested in the thinks and matters
herein mentioned, will take notice.

23rd day of November, 1970.

MM:T S AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF AN ARIA TO BE ANNEXED
TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
BEING approximately 67 acres lying South of the present South City Limits
line of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and being in the Clement Stubblefield
Survey, Abstract No. 558 in Williamson County, Texas.
BEING at a point on the South City Limits line on the South margin of 21st.
Street as shown on the Official Map of the City of Georgetown, T xas, said
point being where the common boundary line between the Travis White tract
and the Georgetown Railroad Company tract intersects the said South City
Limits line;
TIiENCE with the existing South City Limits line along the South margin of
21st. Street as follows: N 88°59'W, 698.75 feet and S88036'W, and 616.57
feet intersecting the East margin of Leander Road, and continuing across
Leander I -Load and to the West boundary line of the Moss E. Lewis tract,
a total distance of 1133.88 feet;
THENCE N 17026'W, 447.02 feet with the said West Boundary line of the Ross
E. Lewis tract and the West boundary line of &,tract owned by Airs. Hobert
C. Burnham to a point where the South boundary line of a tract owned by the
Georgetown Railroad Company intersects this line;
TUNCE continuing with existing City Limits line and the South boundary
line of the Georgetown Railroad Company's tract, S 8905611V 365.39 feet to
a point on the West R.O.W. line of the Georgetown Railroad;
THENCE following the West R.O.W. line of the Georgetown Railroad and the
existing City Limits line as follows: S 120091W, 666 feet; S 89056'W, 15.35
feet; and S 12009'W, 307.4 feet to a point where the North R.O.W. line of
R..M. Highway No. 2243 intersects the West R.O.W. line of said railroad,
at this point the proposed new City Limits line deviates from the present
City Limits line;
THINICE continuing with the said West R.O.W. line of the Georgetown Railroad
for approximately 475 feet to a point where the projection of the South
boundary line of a tract of 20.5 acres belonging to Wickes Corp. intersects
the said West R.O.W. line of the railroad;
