TMNCE crossing the H.U.W. of the Georgetown Railroad and continuing with the
South boundary line of the Wickes' tract S 88014'E, 1646.8 feet to a point on the
West R.U.W. line of U. S. Highway No. 81;
THENCE S 86050'E, 102 feet across U. S. Highway No. 81 to the Southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 3 of the Highland Park Subdivision, said point also being the North-
west corner of a tract of 9.5 acres owned by the Georgetown Railroad Company and
described in Vol. 503, Page 377 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;
Tiff -NCE continuing with the common boundary line between the Georgetown Railroad
Company and Highland Park Subdivision as follows: S 790401E, 150.5 feet; Due Fast,
551.7 feet, the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of said Addition; N 82008'E,
51.03 feet across Easy Street of said Addition; N 70039'E, 140 feet to the South-
east corner of Highland Park Subdivision Revised;
TIMNCE N 19021'IY, at 480 feet the Northeast corner of Highland Park Subdivision,
and continuing for a total distance of 544.4 feet to a concrete monument marking the
lower Northwest corner of a tract of land owned by the Georgetown NAilroad Company
and described in Vol. 503, Page 216 of the Deed Records of Williamson County,
Texas, said tract being known as the 29 acre tract;
OTHENCE Due West with an offset in the said 29 acre tract, a distance of 203.9
0 feet to a concrete monument marking an ell corner of the 29 acre tract and the
Southeast corner of aforementioned Travis White tract;
THENCE Due North 545 feet along the common boundary line between the Travis White
tract and the Georgetown Railroad Company's 29 acre tract, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
