Parker and wife Addie V. Parker to J. T. Parker, Jr. Et Al, of record in Vol. 532, Page 723 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, the remainder of this subdivision being out of a tract of 158.09 acres described in a deed from J. T. Parker and wife Addia V. Parker to J. T. Parker Jr. Et Al and recorded in Vol. 504 Page 194 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Crestview Addition Unit III to the City of Georgetown, Texas, of record in Vol. 5, Page 14 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, this point also being the Northeast corner of the 8.63 acre tract mentioned above; THENCE S 42052% 620.5 feet with the West boundary line of the said addition to a concrete monument on the North margin of Judy Drive; THENCE S 50014'W, 13.85 feet and S 480101W, 111.18 feet to a concrete monument for a corner of the said addition; THENCE S42052'E, 381.81 feet to a concrete monument marking the Southwest corner of Crestview Addition -Unit III mentioned above, said point being al ell corner hereof; THENCE N 560121E, 148.75 feet to a concrete monument marking a corner of the said Crestview Addition -Unit III, this point is also the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5 of Country Club Acres Addition - Unit II to the City of Georgetown, Texas; THENCE following the North margin of Country Club Acres Addition Unit II as follows: S18047% 137 feet; S160131W, 233.8 feet; S 790451W, at 578.3 feet the Northwest corner of Lot 13, Block 5 of the said Country Club Acres - Unit II addition, this point also being the upper Southeast corner of the 158.09 acre tract mentioned above, continuing 50.4 feet for a total distance along this line of 628.7 feet to the Couthwest corner hereof; THENCE N13055W, 135.22 feet to a point on the South side of Ranch Road as shown on the plat hereof; THENCE N300511E, 66.36 feet to a point on the North margin of the said Ranch Road, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Block 4 hereof; THENCE following the West margin of Block 4 hereof as follows: N100151W, 131.41 feet; N100201W, 85 feet; N 390511E, 81.39 feet N 40301W, 85 feet and N 48010% 85 feet to an ell corner hereof; THENCE continuing with the said West margin of Block 4 hereof, N42o52'W, 540 feet to the Northwest corner hereof, said point being on the Morth margin of Power Road as shown on the plat of this addition; THENCE N 48010% 300 feet to a concrete monument at the PLACE OF BEGINNING. WHEREAS, said tract of land is contiguous and adjacent to the City of George- town, Texas, and is not more than one-half (1) mile in width, and WHEREAS, said petition was presented to the City Council on the 22nd day of Februnry,1971, such date being not less than 5 and not more than 30 days from the date hereof, and WHEREAS, after hearing such petition and the arguments for and against the same, the City council has voted to grant such petition and to annex said territory to the City of Georgetown, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas: That the foregoing described property be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, and that the boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be and the same are hereby extended to include the above described territory within the city limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the same shall hereafter be included within the territorial limits of said city, and said land and future inhabitants thereof shall herafter be entitled to all rights and privileges of other citizens of the City of George- town, Texas, and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances of said City. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County Clerk of Georgetown, Texas, a certified copy of this ordinance.
