BEFORE ME, The undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Jay
C. Sloan, known to me to be the person and officer whose name is subscribed to
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that the same was the act of said
corporation, that he was duly authorized to perform the same, that he executed the
same as the act of said corporation, for the purposes and consideration therein ex-
pressed, and in the capacity therein stated.

AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A ROAD,
STREET OR HIGHWAY TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, OVER 0.68
ACRE TRACT, PART OF OUTLOT 6 DIVIDION "A" OF SAID CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, FROM PEDRO RAMIREZ AND AMELIA RAMIRM AS
SHOWN IN VOLUME 517, PAGE 103 DEED RECORDS OF WILLIAMSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on or about the 28th day of April, 1969 Pedro Ramirezand wife,
Ameliz Ramirez did convey the hereinafter described 0.68 acre tract of land out of
Outlot 6, Division "A" in the City of Georgetown, Texas, to the City of Georgetown,
Texas, giving the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a
road, street or highway together with all necessary appurtenances upon and across
the same as more particularly described in an instrument recorded in Volume 517,
page 103, Deed Record of Williamson County, Texas, and
WHEREAS, said conveyance of said land for roadway or street purposes has never
been accepted, approved or adopted by said City of Georgetown, Texas, and said
City now desires to approve and accept the same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, that the conveyance by Pedro Ramirez and Amelia Ramirez, dated April 28,
1969, to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, of the following
described property, to -wit:
BEING 0.68 acre tract out of Outlot 6, Division "A", as shown on map of Georgetown,
Texas, part of 5.92 acre tract in Deed to Ramirez described in Vol. 317, Page 232,
Deed Reoords of Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a point in West line of 5.92 acre tract, 273.5 ft. from Northwest
corner of same, in East right-of-way line of MK&T Railroad spur.
THENCe89 deg. 34 min. E. 442.4 feet to the beginning of a cul -d -sac of 50 foot
radius from center line, said radius point bears S. 60 deg. 26 min. E. 50 feet.
THENCE around the arc of cul -d -sac to a point in South right-of-way line of street
which bears South 0 deg. 26 min. E. 50 feet.
THENCE S. 89 deg. 34'W. 337.2 feet to a joint in West line of 5.92 acre tract
and East right-of-way of Railroad Spur.
THENCE N. 6 deg. 25 min. W. 50.3 ft. to POINT OF BEGINNING.
which said deed or instrument is recorded in Volume 517, page 103, Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas, together with the right to construct, reconstruct and
perpetually maintain a road, street or highway and all necessary appurtenances
upon and across the same, be and the same is hereby accepted, approved and adopted
by the City of Georgetown, Texas.
Read, padded and adopted by unanimous vote this 22nd. day of Bebruary, 1971.
