BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
1. That owners, Haven Watkins wife of Grady Watkins; and Grady Watkins,
as Attorney in Fact for each and every of the aforesaid parties, acting.
by and through the said Grady Watkins, Individually, of that certain tract of
land designated as Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. I', to the City of Georetown,
Texas, are hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County
Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the Map or Plat of said tract attached here-
to, and the said County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby authorized
to accept for filing and to record said flap ofsaid Tract of land.
2. In authorizing the filing and recording of said Map of said tract of
land, the City council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does not assume any
obligation to grade, improve or maintain the streets shown thereon.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of March, 1971.

hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, at a called meeting duly
held at Georgetown, Texas, on the 4th day of March, 1971, at which a quorum
was present, to certify which witness my official hand and the corporate seal
of said City.

Know all men by these presents: That I Grady R. Watkins, owner of Lots
12, 13, 14, 15, It 16, Block 4, Gabriel Heights Addition and Lots 12, 13, 14,
A 15, Block 6, Gabriel Heights Addition to the City of Georgetown as recorded
in plat book 4, page 25, Williamson County Plat Records, and being conveyed to
we by deed recorded in Vol. 5130 Page 437, Williamson County Deed Records,
do hereby adopt this plat as my resubdivision of said lots.
