Sloan, Mayor, City of Georgetown Claud Eads, City Secretary AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ON THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1968, AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, AND MAKING THIS AMENDMENT A PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL OR-. ORDINANCE; TO CHANGE LOTS 4, 5 AND 6 IN BLOCK NO. 3 OF THE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES FROM RS, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO C-1, LOCAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the Zoning Ordinance on the following described real estate; BEING lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block No. 3 of the Country Club Estates as made by Ike 0. Williams of the Subdivision of 271 acres of land out of the N. Porter Survey and being the same land conveyed by W. F. Joseph Et Al, to Myra Nunn dated May 9, 1955, recorded in Vol. 322, Page 316, Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas, in Georgetown, Texas. AND WHEREAS, the Citi► Council has submitted the proposed change in the Zoning Ordinance to the City Planning Commission for its recommendation and report; and WHIItEAS, the City Planning Commission has approved the changing of said Zoning Ordinance on the above described property from "RS" Residential Single Family District, to "C-1" local Commercial District which said meeting was held on Wednesday, the 28th day of April, 1971; and WHEREAS, the City Council before adopting this amendment to the Zoning Ordinance gave notice of such hearing by publishing the same one time in the Williamson County Sun, a weekly newspaper in the City of Georgetown, Texas, which said notice
