STUBBLEFIELD IN CITY OF GEOItGE'TOWN, TEXAS AS MOBILE HOME TRAILER, PARK WHEREAS, Ray W. Henderson of the City of Georgetown, Texas has made application for a permit to use certain property,out of the southwest corner of the City of Georgetown, Texas more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto WHIItEAS, said application for said special permit was submitted to and has been approved by the City Manager, City Health Officer and City Planning and Zoning Commission -after proper notice and, WIEIiEAS, said above described property is zoned "C -2-A", Commercial First Height District and said City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended said application for said permit to use said property as a Mobile Home Trailer Park be approved. NOW TIOLEFOHE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Georgetown, Texas: That the application of Ray W. Henderson for a permit to use 8.42 acres out of the C. Stubblefield Survey in the City of Georgetown, Texas more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as Mobile home Trailer Park be, and the �j same is hereby approved. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of September, 1971. O ATTEST: CITY SECRETARY Jay C. Sloan, Mayor, City of Georgetown AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ALL PARKING OF VEHICLES ON STATE HIGHWAY 29 (ALSO CALLED UNIVERSITY AVENUE) WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: That all vehicles be prohibited from parking on State Highway 29 (also called University Avenue) within the City Limits of Georgetown, Texas, and that any person who shall violate this ordinance shall upon conviction therefor be subject to a fine of not less than Ten Dollars($10.00) or more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). The fact that the passage of this ordinance.is of great public importance to immediately put into force the aforesaid traffic control for the protection of the lives, health, property and welfare of the citizens of the City of Georgetown and thereby creates a public emergency and necessity and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect from and after this reading and its passage and adoption. READ, PASSED AND ADOPTED by unanimous vote this 11th day of October, 1971, and read, passed and adopted upon second reading by unanimous vote this 8th day of November, 1971. ATTEST: Jay C.
