HomeMy WebLinkAbout0336_331331 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: That, in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement previously entered into with the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas on April 8, 1968, the City will pay its share of the cost of Water and Sewer facilities to be installed beginning at Scenic Drive, from 16th Street to University Avenue, 15th from Railroad Street to Scenic Drive, 3rd. Street from Timber to Rock, 1 Block of Scenic Drive to 3rd (formerly Forest Street), as described in drawing entitled "South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project, Water & Sanitary Sewer, Job 468-218-U and dated November 5, 1973, copy of which is attached. ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of November, 1973. 'IeLy City ecretar VACATING OF GABRIEL HEIGHTS RESUBDIVISION NO. 1 THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON WHEREAS, Russell Parker and wife, Irene Williams Parker, conveyed lots 12 through 16 in Block 4, and Lots 12 through 15 in Block 6 of the Gabriel Heights Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas, according to the map or plat of said Addition of record in Volume 4, page 25 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, along with other properties, to Grady R. Watkins and wife, Haven Watkins, by Deed dated January 2, 1969, recorded in Volume 513, Page 437, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and by Correction Deed recorded in Volume 554, Page 471, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; and, WHEREAS, the said Grady R. Watkins and wife, Haven Watkins, were desirous of resubdividing said lots; and, WHEREAS, Grady R. Watkins, as Owner, did cause said lots to be resubdivided as "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1 ", the plat of said resubdivision, together with the necessary instruments resubdividing said lots being of record in Volume 6, page 8 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, reference being here made to all of said instruments and records thereof for all pertinent purposes; and, WHEREAS, in the resubdivision instruments, the said Grady R. Watkins, through error or oversight, was not joined by his wife, Haven Watkins; and,
