Watkins and wife, Haven Watkins, are desirous of vacating said resubdivision, and restoring said lots as they were on the original map or plat of said Gabriel Heights Addition, of record in Volume 4, Page 25, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas; and, WHEREAS, no soles of any of the property in said resubdivision have been made by the owners of said property since the filing of said resubdivisiorand, WHEREAS, the said Grady R. Watkins and wife, ,Haven Watkins, are the sole owners of all of said property, and it is necessary that the plan or plat of said resub- division be vacated as such. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Grady R. Watkins and wife, Haven Watkins, being the sole owners of the aforementioned land, do hereby declare that the plan or plat of the "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1" of record in Volume 6, page 8 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby and in all things VACATED, and that no further conveyances shall be made with respect to said plan or palt of said "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1" as now filed of record in the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, and they further hereby declare that said Lots 12 through 16 in Block 4, and lots 12 through 15 in Block 6 of the Gabriel Heights Addition to the City of Georgetown, shall be and are hereby re-established for all intents and purposes as they were prior to the attempted resubdivision thereof, and as they appear on the original map or plat of the Gabriel Heights Addition of record in Volume 4, page 25 of the Plat Records of Wi I I iamson County, Texas. T IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, TO BE VACATED. "BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that the present and sole owners of "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1" in the City of George- town, Williamson County, Texas, as fully set out, described and shown in the Plat of said Resubdivision of record in Volume 6, Page 8 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for record in the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the instrument attached hereto for the vacating of said "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1" and re-establishing the original lots forming said Resubdivision as they appeared on the plat of the Gabriel Heights Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas, of record in Volume 4, page 25, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, and that the vacating of said "Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. 1" and re-establishing the lots forming the same as they originally were, meet with the approval of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, and the execution and recordation of this instrument in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, shall
