Section 1. The following described land and territory lying adjacent to and adjoining
the City of Georgetown, Texas, is hereby added and annexed to the City of Georgetown,
Texas, and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included within the bound-
ary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the present boundary limits of such City,
at the various points contiguous to the area hereinafter described, are altered and amended
so as to include said area within the corporate limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
to-wi t:
Being that certain tract and parcel of land described on Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 2. The land hereby annexed is zoned as reflected on the attached and annexed
plat of said area.
Section 3. The above described territory and the area so annexed shall be a part of
the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata
part of the taxes levied by the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof
shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound
by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Georgetown, Texas.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published and passed in the manner provided in the
Charter of the City of Georgetown, Texas and the applicable laws of the State of Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of April, 1974, upon first reading and
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of May, 1974, upon second reading.

EXHIBIT A
BEING 76.92 acres in the Antonio Flores Survey, Abstract No. 235, and in the N. Porter
Survey, Abstract No. 497, in Williamson County, Texas, and being adjacent to the present
North City Limits of the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at the point on the WEST R.O.W. line of Loop 418 (Formerly U. S. Highway
81) where the present North City Limits of Georgetown,, Texas, intersects said R.O.W. line
near the intersection of F.M. Highway 971 and Loop 418;
THENCE N 84016'E, with the said North City Limits of Georgetown, Texas, 704.83 feet
to a point;
THENCE N 5044'W, at 30 feet across the centerline of F.M. Highway No. 971, a total
distance of 70.00 feet to the North R.O.W. line of said F.M. Highway No. 971, said point
being on the South line of the Olivia L. Timmerman, of al, 155.07 acre tract, of record in
Vol. 501; Page 1 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE 1391.88 feet along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 6149.65 feet,
whose central angle is 12 Degrees -58 Minutes-05Seconds, and whose long chord bears
N24049'02"E, and is 1388.91 feet long;
THENCE N 18020'E, 510.05 feet with a line parallel with the R.O.W. line of Loop 418
and 350 feet East thereof to a point on the South line of the Georgetown I.S.D. 50 acre tract;
THENCE along the South boundary line of the said Georgetown I.S.D. tract as follows:
N73012'E, 1332.48 feet and N81057'E, 511.90 feet to the most easterly corner of the said
Georgetown I.S.D. 50 acre tract;
THENCE N 18004'30" W, 1277.70 feet to the Northeast corner thereof;
