That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who awn taxable property in the City and who duly rendered some for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted Against the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No, 1. • That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted For the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 2. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered some for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted Against the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 2. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the some for taxation, voted For the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 3. That aquiority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered some for taxation and the other resident voters, voted For the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 3. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted Against the issuance of the bonds, the the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 4. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted Against the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 4.
