Shepherd, et al, of record in Vol. 534, Page 661, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; BEGINNING at an iron pin at the S E corner of the Shepherd, et of, tract in the North R. O. W. line of Ranch Market Road No. 2243, 66.6 feet from the center of the Georgetown Railroad at right angles; THENCE S 70 deg. 44' W 268.9 feet with the North R. O.
