HomeMy WebLinkAbout0397_392392 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission approved the aforesaid change in the Zoning (Drdinance; said approval being given by said Commission on May 9, 1974; and, WHEREAS, written notices were given to all of the owners of the Lots within 200 feet of the above described property as required by law; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, that the Zoning Ordinance, and the Zoning Map of the City of Georgetown, be amended so that the property described above shall be and the same is hereby removed from "Cl Local Commercial District" to "C2B Local Commercial Second Height". This ordinance shall become effective on first reading, the second reading being hereby dispensed with because such passage is for the welfare of the parties involved in that there is a need to commence the changed use of said land. Read, passed and adopted by unanimous vote this 13th day of May, 1974. ATTEST: &CZityVecretZary4 APPROVED BEFORE ADOPTION: (Q, t�F— rawford, Mayor RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEXAS, EXTENDING TERMINATION DATE OF AGREEMENT ON JUNE 30, 1974, TO THE CITY O OF ANNUAL DECEMBER 311 GEORGETOWN, ARRANGEMENTS LETTER 1974 WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution duly adopted on May 29, 1973, the City of Georgetown entered into the Annual Arrangements Letter of Agreement with the Depart- ment of Housing and Urban Development which provided for an expiration of said agree- ment on June 30, 1974; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary expedient and convenient for said agreement to be extended to December 31, 1974, and said extension is agreeable with said Department of Housing and Urban Development: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Georgetown, acting by and through its Mayor, shall enter into an agreement with Department of Housing and Urban Development extending said Annual Arrangements Letter of Agreement from June 30, 1974, to December 31, 1974.
