PROPOSITION NO. 2
SHALL the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be authorized to issue the bonds
of said City in the amountof $50,000 maturing serially over a period of years not to exceed
30 years from their date, bearing interest at such rate or rates as shall be determined within
the discretion of said City Council, for the purpose of constructing extensions and improvements
to the City's waterwords sytem; to be issued in accordance with and secured in the manner
provided by Article 1111, et seq., V. A. T. C. S., as amended, each bond to be conditioned
that the holder thereof shall never have the right to demand payment of said obligation out
of funds raised or be raised by taxation, and secured by a lien on and pledge of the net
revenues from the operation of the City's combined waterworks, sewer and electric light
system?
PROPOSITION NO. 3
SHALL THE City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be'authorized to issue bonds
of said City in the amount of $100,000 maturing serially over a period of years not to
exceed 30 years from their date, bearing interest at such rate or rates as shall b3 determined
within the discretion of said City Council, for the purpose of constructing a public building
to be used as a Sub Fire Station, and to levy a tax sufficient to pay the interest on said
bonds and create a sinking fund sufficient to redeem them at maturity?
PROPOSITION NO. 4
SHALL the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be authorized to issue bonds
of said City in the amount of $25,000 maturing serially over a period of years not to exceed
30 years from their date, bearing interest at such rate or rates as shall be determined within
the discretion of said City Council, for the purpose of constructing street improvements,
(within Urban Renewal Area), and to levy a tax sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds
and create a sinking fund sufficient to redeemthem at maturity?
PROPOSITION NO.5
SHALL the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be authorized to issue bonds
of said City in the amount of $25,000 maturing serially over a period of years not to exceed
30 years from their date, bearing interest at such rate or rates as shall be determined within
the discretion of said City Council, for the purpose of constructing extensions and Improvements
to the City's waterworks system (within Urban Renewal Area), and to levy a tax sufficient
to pay the interest on said bonds and create a sinking fund sufficient to redeem them at
maturity?
PROPOSITION NO.6
SHALL the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be authorized to issue bonds
of said City in the amount of $25,000 maturing serially over a period of years not to ex-
ceed 30 years from their date, bearing interest at such rate or rates as shall be determined
within the discretion of said City Council for the purpose of constructing extensions and
improvements to the City's sewer system (within the Urban Renewal Area), and to levy a
tax sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds and create a sinking fund sufficient to re-
deem them at maturity?
That the official ballots for said election shall be prepared in accordance with the
Texas Election Code, as amended, so as to permit the voters to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST"
the aforesaid propositions, which ballots shall be set forth in substantially the following
form:
