HomeMy WebLinkAbout0406_401401, City voted, valid and legal votes as follows: PROPOSITION NO. 1 FOR 50 AGAINST 21 PROPOSITION NO. 2 FOR 51 AGAINST 20 PROPOSITION NO.- 3 FOR 54 AGAINST 22 PROPOSITION NO. 4 FOR 46 'AGAINST 25 PROPOSITION NO. 5 FOR 46 AGAINST ' 25 PR'OPOSITION NO. 6 FOR 47 AGAINST- 24 IT IS THEREFORE FOUND, DECLARED AND SO RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: That a majority of the legally qualified p rope rty'taxpayi ng voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted for the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 1. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified tax- paying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted for the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 1. QJ That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable 41�+ property in said City and who had duly rendered the some for taxation, voted For the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 2. V That a majority of the resident qual ified voters, being the legally qualified tax- paying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voter for the issuance of the bonds, as submitted in Proposition No. 2. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 3. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified tax- paying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 3. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levyin§ of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 4. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered some for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment hereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 4. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 5. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property -in the Ci ty and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 5. That a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters who own taxable property in said City and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 6. That a majority of the resident qualified voters, being the legally qualified taxpaying voters who own taxable property in the City and who duly rendered same for taxation and the other resident qualified voters, voted for the issuance of the bonds, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof, as submitted in Proposition No. 6.
