In the event the City desires the State to include its portion of the work in the State's construction contract, the State Highway Engineer is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with the City for such work and its cost as may be agreed upon. This order shall become operative upon acceptance by the City of Georgetown and if not accepted within 90 days of the date hereof, the action herein contained shall be automati- cally cancelled. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER. THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON GEORGETOWN, TEXAS MOTION was made by J. D. Wininger and seconded by Harry Gold that the City Council of the City of Georgetown accept the provisions contained in Munite Order Number 69382 passed by the State Highway Commission on October 1, 1974, for the improvement by the Texas Highway Department of the road described below: Grading Structures and Surfacing on Scenic Drive from Farm to Market Road 2243, north 0.6 mile. VOTE on the Motion was as follows: AYES: Gold, Wininger, Eanes, Scott and Brock. NO ES: None. WHEREUPON the motion was declared carried.
