hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed and approved

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MAYOR OF CITY OF GEORGETOWN TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS, MAPS AND INSTRUMENTS REGARDING FEDERAL URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, The City of Georgetown of Williamson County, Texas aso participant in
the Federal Urban System may be required to execute certain papers, documents, maps or
instruments that may hereafter be presented to said City by the Texas Highway Department
09 of the State of Texas; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary, proper and expedient for the Mayor of the City of Georgetown
O to be authorized by the City Council to execute said papers on behalf of said City of George -

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
meeting on this the 19th day of December, 1974, that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown
should be and he is hereby designated as the representative of the City of Georgetown to
execute and sign all papers, instruments, maps and documents that may be presented to said
City by the Texas Highway Department in connection with the Federal Urban System regarding
projects in the City of Georgetown and in its Urban area.
Done this the 19th day of December, 1974.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
That, Harold S. Parker, Individually and as Attorney in Fact, owners of the herein described
subdivision to be known as Quail Meadow, Unit I, is hereby authorized to file for record
in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision
attached hereto and the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby authorized to
file for record said plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of December, 1974.
