BEING a part of Lots 15, 16 and 17, Block 2, Country Club Acres Unit IV, an
addition in and to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, according to the map
or palt thereof record, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNIN3 at a point 5 feet S 760 30' E. of the most southwesterly corner of said
Lot 15 at the common point with the most northerly corner of Lot 14, Block 2, Country Club
Acres, Unit II, as aforesaid;
THENCE N 30000' E 211.32 feet more or less and parallell with the common lines of
said Lots 15, 16 and 17 to the West ROW line of Gabriel View Drive;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction and along the curve or arc of Gabriel View
Drive a distance of 10 feet more or less, to a point located 5 feet from the most southeasterly corne
of Lot 17;
THENCE S 30000' W and parallel[ with the common Lot line of said Lots 15, 16 and17,
a distance of 211.32 feet more or less to a point located 5 feet N 340 30' 15 W of the most
northwesterly corner of said Lot 15 and the most southwesterly corner of said Lot 17;
THENCE S 340 30-15 E to the most northwesterly corner of Lot 15 and the most south-
westerly corner of Lot 17 as aforesaid;
THENCE S 760 30' E 5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.

THAT, we Harold S. Parker and wife, Peggy M. Parker; J. T. Parker, Jr. and wife,
Annie E. Parker; Ralph Parker and wife, Pegee N. Parker; and Vivian N. Dunman and
husband, Cecil Dunman, of Williamson County, Texas, for valuable consideration, have
granted, and conveyed and by these presents do grant and convey unto the Citizens of
Georgetown, Texas, and the general public, their heirs, successors and assigns, the free
and uniterrupted use, liberty, privilege and easement of passing in and along a certain way,
together with free ingress and egress to and for the said grantees, their heirs, successors and
assigns, and their agents, employees, and tenants, by foot, as by them shall be necessary
or convenient, at all times and seasons forever, in, along, upon, and out of said way, in
common with us, the said grantors, our heirs and assigns, and our agents, employees and
tenants, said access easement being more particularly described by Exhibit A attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the rights and privileges aforesaid,
to them, the Citizens of Georgetown, Texas, and the general public, their heirs, successors
and assigns, to their proper use and behoof in common with Grantors herein, our heirs and
assigns, and our tenants.
