HomeMy WebLinkAbout0074_73BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That, in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement previously entered into with the
Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas on April 8, 1968, the city will
pay its share of the cost of Water and Waste Water, Street and Drainage improvements to
be installed beginning at Scenic Drive from University Avenue north to connect with existing
Scenic Drive midway between 8th and 9th Streets. 9th Street and 10th Street from project
boundary to connectwith Scenic Drive. 8th Street, 9th Street and 10 Street west of Scenic
Drive to Bridge and Rucker Streets, and including parts of Bridge, Rucker and Montgomery
Streets, as described in drawing entitled "South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project, Street,
Drainage, Water and Waste Water Improvements, Phase VI, Job #68 -218 -UR" and dated
May 13, 1976, copy of which is attached.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY OF JUNE 1976.
