That, S.C.B. Development Co., Owner of the Hereon described subdivision to be known as
Serenada East, Unit One, is hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County
Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision attached hereto, and the
County Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to file for record this plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of June, 1976.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" PASSED AND ADOPTED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ON THE
DAY OF _, 1976, AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, AND
MAKING THIS AMENDMENT A PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE:
TO CHANGE A PORTION OFF THE WEST SIDE OF LOT ONE(1), BLOCK SEVEN
(7), OF THE GABRIEL HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF FROM RM -3 RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY
DISTRICT 3 TO C -2-A, COMMERCIAL FIRST HEIGHT DISTRICT, AS HEREINAFTER
SET FORTH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing
the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate:
BEING 26,961.98 square feet off the West side of Lot 1, Block 7, of the Gabriel Heights
Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said addition being
recorded in Vol. 4, Page 26 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, said point being at the intersection
of the South margin of Clay Street and the East margin of Park Lane;
THENCE along the South margin of Clay Street, S73040'E, 120.00 feet to an iron stake for
the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the East line hereof, S 16020'W, 69.95 feet and S 270 39'W, 180.32 feet to
an iron stake in the North line of Lot 3, Block 7, for the southeast corner hereof;
