BEING 16.95 acres in the Nicholas Porter Survey, Abst. No. 497 in Williamson County,
Texas, and being out of and a part of a 72.80 acre tract described in a deed from Russell
Parker and wife, Irene Williams Parker, to Russell D. Parker, et al, of record in Vol. 571,
Page 148, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; and being out of and a part of a
371.96 acre tract described in a deed from Wayne Douglas Williams to Irene Williams Parker,
of record in Vol. 410, Page 25, Deed Records, of Williamson County, Texas; and being
all of a certain tract described as Tract 2 in a deed from Russell Parker, et ux, to Wilma
Parker Dart and husband, George Dart of record in Vol. 588, Page 81, Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas; and being all of a 5.03 acre tract described in a deed from
Russell Parker, et us, to Russell D. Parker, et al, of record in Vol. 629, Page 92, Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas; and being part of a 1.93 acre tract described in a
deed from Russell Parker, et us, to Russell D. Parker, et us, of record in Vol. 629, Page 95,
Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at an iron stake marking the most northerly corner of Williams Addition
Unit III to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, said addition being recorded
in Vol. 7, Page 81-84 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas; said point being
on the Northeast margin of a 50 foot wide street known as Westwood Lane; said point also
being the most westerly corner of the above referred to Tract No. 2;
THENCE S 430 08' E, 175.00 feet along the East margin of Westwood Lane to an iron
stake set for the Southwest corner hereof, said point being in the south margin of a 50 -
foot wide street known as Golden Oaks Drive, said point also being the Northwest corner
pp of Lot 1, Block 10, of Williams Addition Unit III;
THENCE along the South margin of Golden Oaks Drive, N 460 52' E, 56.00 feet; N 670 58' E,
365.72 feet; N 81012' E, 174.61 feet; and N 670 58' W, 356.21 feet to the beginning of
a curve to the left;
THENCE 135.06 feet along the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 440
37' 52" and whose radius is 173.39 feet long and whose long chord bears N 45038' 59" E
and is 131.67 feet long to an iron stake set marking the most southerly corner of the above
mentioned 1.93 acre tract;
THENCE N 670 581E, 192.95 feet to an iron stake set for the most easterly corner hereof;
THENCE N 9030' E, 75.00 feet; N 160 40' W, 75.00 Feet; N 170 20' W, 75.00 feet;
and N 50 53' W, 49.86 feet to an iron stake set in the Northeast boundary line of the
above referred to 1.93 acre tract, said point also being in the Southwest boundary line of
Tract No. 1, Golden Oaks, a subdivision of record in Vol. 8, Pages 60-63 of the Plat
Records of Williamson County, Texas, for a corner hereof;
THENCE N 540 09' W, along the Southwest boundary line of Golden Oaks, at 132.31
feet the most northerly corner of the said 1.93 acre tract, and continuing for a total dis-
tance of 182.41 feet to an iron stake on the West margin of Golden Oaks Drive, which point
is also the most southerly corner of Tract No. 49 of Golden Oaks Subdivision;
THENCE continuing with the Northeast boundary line of the above referred to 371.96
acre tract and the Southwest boundary line of the said Golden Oaks Subdivision, N 540
16' W, 269.46 feet to an iron stake set for the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE S 500 17' W, 129.88 feet to an iron stake;
THENCE 19.70 feet along the arc of a curve to the left whose central angle is 70 49' 40"
and whose radius is 144.24 feet long and whose long chord bears N 500 52' 44" W and is
19.69 feet long to an iron stake set;
