S 460 52' W, 194.51 feet to an iron stake set for the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE S 430 08' E, 300.00 feet to an iron stake found marking the most northerly

THENCE with the Northwest boundary line of Williams Addition Unit III, N 460 52' E,
50.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
That, Miron L. Stairs, Owner of the hereon described subdivision to be known as The
Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 7, Gabriel Heights Addition, is hereby authorized to file
for record in the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of
said subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is herebe
authorized to file fore record said plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of August, 1976.
