Zavala and wife, Martha A. Zavala and the east one-half thereof to Gordon Burks and wife, Ima Burks or their nominees. Doerfler, Mayor RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, APPROVING PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF A BID BY WALLACE LUERSEN FOR LOT 6, BLOCK 16, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS (TO BE KNOWN AS A PART OF BLOCK W, SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN RENEWAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAM - SON COUNTY, TEXAS, AFTER RE -PLATTING). WHEREAS, on the 3rd, day of September, 1976, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, received a bid on the following parcel situated in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project, Tex R-102: BIDDER PARCEL NO. AMOUNT OF BID MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE PRICE Wallace Luersen W-5 $1,080.00 $1,080.00 WHEREAS, the U'ban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and through its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bid; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price and conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of the Executive Director of Urban Renewal Agency; now therefore be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas: That the price and conditions set forth in the above bid for the parcel listed is hereby approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, a copy of the Resolution ex- pressing such approval to be furnished the City Council.
