RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF STATE DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER

MOTION was made by William Shell and seconded by Harry Gold that the City Council
of the City of Georgetown accept the provisions contained in Minute Order Number
72189 passed by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation Commission on
January 20, 1977, for the improvement by the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation of the road described below:
Reconstruction on Ranch to Market -Road 2338 (Williams Street) from Loop 418 Northwest
to Urban Limit, a distance of approximately 1.3 miles.
VOTE on the motion was a follows:
AYE: William Shell, Harry Gold, Carl Doering, J. D. Wininger and D. W. Scott.
WHEREUPON the motion was declared carried.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of order passed by the City
Council of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, on February 8, 1977.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
That, Property Managment Services, Inc., Owner of the hereon described sub-
division to be known as Serenada West, is hereby authorized to file for record in
the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said
subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby
authorized to file for record this plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of March 1977.

the original resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of Georgetown, Texas,
