Development Co., Owner of the hereon described subdivision to be known as Sanaloma Estates, Unit Two, is hereby authorized to file for record in the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to file for record this plat of land. Walden, City Secretary ORDINANCE NO. 77-4 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" PASSED APD ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ON THE 12 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1968, AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, AND MAKING THIS AMENDMENT A PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE: TO CHANGE A PORTION OF THE J. T. PARKER, JR. ET AL PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF FM HGIHWAY 2338 BETWEEN POWER ROAD AND RIVER BEND DRIVE IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF FROM RM -3 RESIDENTIAL MUL- TIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT -3 TO C-1 COMMERCIAL LOCAL, AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate: BEING 0.310 acres of land in the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497, in Williamson County, Texas and being the same land described in a deed from Donald E. Parker to J. T. Parker, et ux, of record in Vol. 522, Page 338, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at a point where the North margin of Power Road intersects the West R.O.W. line of F. M. Highway 2338 with said point being the Southeast corner hereof; THENCE S. 46056' W, 135 feet along the North margin of Power Road to the Southwest comer hereof:
