Read, passed, and adopted by 5 votes Aye, and 0 votes Nay, this 8th day of February 1977, on first reading.. T. PARKER, JR. ET AL PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF RM HIGHWAY 2338 BETWEEN POWER ROAD AND RIVER BEND DRIVE IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS ACCORDING. TO THE MAP THEREOF FROM RM -3 RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT 3 TO C-1 COMMERCIAL LOCAL, AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate: BEING 1.458 acres in the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497, in Williamson County, Texas and being out of and a part of a tract of land conveyed by Kate Nowlin et al to J. T. Parker, deed of record in Vol. 341, Page 751, of the Deed Record of Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at a point on the East boundary line for the above referred to tract of land conveyed by Nowlin to Parker, said point being on the West ROW line of F. M. Highway 2338; said beginning point also being the Southeast corner of 0.387 acre tract of land conveyed by J. T. Parker to Donald E. Parker of record in Vol. 522, Page 339, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
