PERIMETER DESCRIPTION
BEING 33.06 acres in the Nicholas Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497, in Williamson County,
Texas, of which 0.64 acres is out of and a part of a 1.93 acre tract of land described in a
deed from Russell Parker, et ux, to Russell D. Parker, et ux, of record in Vol. 629, Page 95,
of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and 32.42 acres is out of and a part of a
72.80 acre tract of land described in a deed from Russell Parker, et us, to Russell D. Parker,
et al, of record in Vol. 571, Page 148, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at an iron stake found in the South margin of Golden Oaks Drive marking the
Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 10, of Williams Addition - Unit III, a subdivision of record
in Vol. 7 Pages 81-84 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, for the Northwest
corner hereof, said point bears approximately S 79057'E, 3907.75 feet from the Northwest
corner of the Nicholas Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497;
THENCE along the south margin of Golden Oaks Drive, N 670581E, 275.72 feet, N 81012'E,
174.61. feet and N 67058' E, 356.21 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE 135.06 feet along. the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 44037'52"
and whose radius is 173.39 feet long and whose long chord bears N45038159"E, and 131.67
feet long to an iron stake found marking the Southwest corner of the above referred to 1.93
acre tract, said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of Northwood Oaks
a subdivision of record in Vol. 10, Page 82, of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;

THENCE N 67058'E, 192.95 feet to an iron stake found marking the Southeast corner of the
said Lot 1, Block 1, of Northwood Oaks;
THENCE along the East boundary line of the said Block 1 of Northwood Oaks, N 09030'E, 75.00
feet; N 16040'W, 75.00 feet; N 17020'W, 75.00 feet; and N 05053'W, 49.86 feet to an iron
stake found marking the Northeast corner of the said Block 1, for the most northerly corner
hereof, said point also being in the Southwest boundary line of Tract No. 1 of Golden Oaks,
a subdivision of record in Vol. 8, Pages 60-63, of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE S 54009'E, 308.44 feet to an iron stake found marking the most easterly corner of the
above referred to 1.93 acre tract, and S 53047'E, 895.91 feet to an iron stake set for the most
easterly corner hereof;
THENCE S 41013'W, 1097.12 feet to an iron stake set in the Northeast margin of a proposed
70 foot wide street to be known as Northwest Blvd.;
THENCE S 48047'E, 140.00 feet to an iron stake set in the Northwest margin of Janice Drive;
THENCE S 80022'E, 58.36 feet to an iron stake found where the Southeast margin of Janis
Drive intersects the East margin of Northwest Blvd.;
THENCE alon� the Southeast margin of Janis Drive, S 41013'W, 267.51 feet to an iron stake
found and S 44 59'W, 13.30 feet to an iron stake found for the most southerly corner hereof,
said point also being the most easterly comer of the above referred to Williams Addition -
Unit III;
