Parker and wife, Mary F. Parker and Ronald W. Parker and wife, Billie Ruth Parker, deed of record in Vol. 571, Page 148 of the Deed Recordsof Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at an iron stake marking the most southerly corner of Lot 1, Blk.14 of Williams Addition Unit IV, a subdivision of record in Cab. C, Slide 355, of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas; said point also being on the Northeast margin of Northwest Blvd. and bind the most westerly corner of Lot 1 hereof; this point stands approx- imately S 73022% 5,315.00 feet from the Northwest corner of the Nicholas Porter Survey. THENCE S 48047'E, 139.13 feet and S 80 28'E, 58.62 feet along the Southeast boundary line of Williams Addition Unit IV to a corner hereof, said point being the most westerly corner of a 1.802 acre tract conveyed to the E. F. G. Corporation, deed of record in Vol. 608, Page 775, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, this point is hwere the North margin of Northwest Blud. intersects the Southeast margin of Janis Drive; THENCE N 41000'E, 356.21 feet ALONG THE proposed Southeast margin of Janis Dr. and the Northwest boundary line of the said 1.802 acre tract to the most northerly corner therof, and being the most easterly corner of this subdivision, said point also being on the South- west boundary line of a 6.73 acre tract conveyed to Carter and Hughes Investments, deed of record in Vol. 677, Page 599, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; THENCE N 48047'W, 187.67 feet to an iron stake marking the most northerly corner hereof, saidgoint being on the Southeast boundary line of Williams Addition Unit IV and being S 41 131W, 13.00 feet from the most easterly corner of Lot 5, Block 14 thereof; THENCE S 41013'W, 387.00 feet along the Southeast boundary line of the said Block 14 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Mc REE - NW 1/4 of BLOCK I - CLAMP ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF FROM R -S TO C- 1, AS HERE- INAFTER SET FORTH: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate: NORTHWEST 1/4 OF BLOCK I - CLAMP ADDITION AND WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed change in the zoning ordinance to the City Planning Commission for its recommendation and report; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has approved the changing of said Zoning Ordinance on the above described property from R -S Residential to C-1 Commercial, which said meeting was held on the 4th day of April, 1978: and, WHEREAS, the City Council, before adopting this amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, gave notice of such hearing by publishing some one time in the WILLIAMSON COUNTY SUN, a weekly newspaper in the City of Georgetown, Texas, which notice stated the time and place of hearing and which time was not earlier than fifteen days from the first day of such publication; and WHEREAS, written notice was given to all of the owners of the lots within 200 feet of the above described property as required by law and,
