BEGINNING at an iron stake found for the most northerly corner hereof, said point also being the most easterly comer of a subdivision known as Williams Addition Unit IV; THENCE S 41013'W, 710.12 feet along the Southeast boundary of the said Williams Addition Unit IV to an iron stake found for the most northwesterly corner hereof, said point also being the most northerly corner of Williams Addition Unit V; THENCE S 48047'E, 187.67 feet to an iron stake found for an ell corner hereof, said point being the most easterly comer of Williams Addition Unit V, said point also being the most northerly corner of a 1.802 acre tract for E. F. G. Corporation; THENCE S 41000'W, 505.50 feet along the East margin of a subdivision street known as Janis Drive, to an iron stake set for the most westerly corner hereof; THENCE S 60014'E, 145.82 feet to an iron stake set for the most southerly corner hereof, THENCE N 77037E, 621.45 feet to an iron stake set on the southern boundary line hereof; THENCE N 71055111 460.85 feet to an iron stake set; THENCE S 77°14'E, 41.80 feet to the most easterly corner hereof; THENCE N 26008'32"W, 563.65 feet to an iron stake found; THENCE N 26018'19"W, 190.59 feet to an iron stake found; THENCE N 54023'W, 276.60 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
