FOUST, JR., SAID PROPERTY BEING A PART OF BLOCK 7, GLASSCOCK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, AS HEREINAFTER MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED, FROM R -S, SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT TO C -2-A, COMMERCIAL, FIRST HEIGHT DISTRICT: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate: TRACT ONE: BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the City of Georgetown, in Williamson County, Texas, and being a part of Lots Nos. 3 and 4, in Block No. 7 in the,Glasscock Addition to said City, beginning at the Southeast corner of said Block No. 7 at the intersection of West Street and 10th Street; THENCE in a Northerly direction with the West line of West Street 105.1 ft. to the intersection of the East line of the Georgetown Railroad with the East line of Block 7; THENCE in a Southwesternly direction with the East line of the Georgetown Railroad 131.1 ft. to the stake for corner on the North line of 10th Street; THENCE in an Easterly direction 76.9 feet with the North line of 10th Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, being part of the same land conveyed by Beatrice Johnson to Sam Harris by Deed dated October 24, 1946, and recorded in Vol.339, Page 505, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. TRAIT TWOe BEING a tract or parcel of land in Block 7 of the Glasscock Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, and being all of that certain tract of land described in a deed from Nathaniel Lee Jones, et ux, to Georgetown Urban Renewal Agency, of record in Vol. 533, Page 259; of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at an iron stake set in the Northwest margin of an old railroad for the Northeast corner hereof, said point bears South, 99.92 feet and S 38°59' W, 32.91 feet from the Northeast corner of the above referred to Block 7; THENCE N 89015' W, 95.45 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe found for the Northwest corner hereof; THENCE S 0019' W, 115.81 feet along a chain link fence to an iron stake set for the Southwest corner hereof, said point also being in the North margin of 10th Street; THENCE along the North margin of 10th Street, East, 19.50 feet to an iron stake set for the Southeast corner hereof, said point also being in the Northwest margin of the above referred to old railroad; THENCE N 33°46' E, 137.81 feet of the Northwest margin of said old railroad to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
